How does Autoinvest work?

Autoinvest automatically invests available funds from your Investown wallet according to the parameters you have set. The minimum investment amount is 500 CZK. Autoinvest only invests in open projects. You can turn Autoinvest off, back on, or change the investment parameters at any time.

How often does Autoinvest invest?

Autoinvest will attempt to invest each time a new investment opportunity opens on the platform or when your wallet balance reaches the minimum investment amount (500 CZK). It will also invest after each activation of Autoinvest or after adjusting its parameters. Your money will be automatically invested to achieve effective growth.

How does Autoinvest diversify your portfolio?

Autoinvest aims to maximize the diversification of your funds across as many projects as possible. For example: You have set the "Maximum per project" parameter to 1,000 CZK. An amount of 2,000 CZK is added to your wallet. Autoinvest will attempt to split this amount into as many projects as possible (in this case, 4 projects with 500 CZK each) that currently match your parameters on the platform.

How does Autoinvest determine where to invest?

If there are more investment opportunities on the platform that match your settings than your wallet balance can cover, Autoinvest will prioritize them in order from the oldest to the most recently added.

Is it possible to withdraw from investments made by Autoinvest?

Yes, just like with manual investments, you have a 4-day reflection period for automatic investments. During this time, you can withdraw from each individual investment directly in the project details. From the fifth day after making the investment, withdrawal is no longer possible, but you can sell the investment on the Marketplace if you wish.

If I withdraw from an investment, can Autoinvest invest in the same project again?

If you decide to withdraw from an automatic investment, Autoinvest will add the project to a blacklist and not invest in it again (including any of its further stages and tranches). If you withdraw from a manual investment, it does not affect Autoinvest’s behaviour. You can always invest manually in any project, regardless of any prior withdrawal.

Can I change the Autoinvest parameters at any time?

Yes, you have full control over all parameters, and you can adjust them at any time.

How does the Wallet reserve feature work?

The Reserve allows you to set a minimum wallet balance that will not be automatically invested via the Autoinvest. This reserved amount stays accessible at all times for your needs, such as manual investments or planned withdrawals. Funds exceeding this amount will be automatically invested according to your set preferences. This feature offers greater financial control and flexibility in managing your investments.

Can I still invest manually after activating Autoinvest?

Yes, after activating automatic investing, you can still manually invest in any projects or increase investments that Autoinvest has already made.

Do I pay any fees for Autoinvest?

No, Autoinvest is free. You don’t have to pay any fees to use it.

Is Autoinvest given any priority over manual investors?

Automatic investments are placed in the same queue as manual investments as if Autoinvest would click the "Invest" button on behalf of the user. Investors with Autoinvest activated are not given any systemic advantage, nor is any portion of the project reserved for them. Most projects have a high enough target amount to accommodate both automatic and manual investments.
